Can you automate my existing business tools?
We first review your tools, access, APIs, and data quality. We then identify which connections are supported and where a custom tool or manual approval is appropriate.
Can you build a database instead of another spreadsheet?
Yes. We can scope structured records, relationships, permissions, imports, and an interface for the people using them. Migration and ongoing hosting are defined in the proposal.
Does every workflow need AI?
No. Rules and integrations are often enough. AI is considered for tasks such as classification or drafting when its limits and review process are acceptable.
How much does automation cost?
System builds start at $4,500 and depend on complexity. A separate discovery audit starts at $2,500 when the requirements need investigation. We confirm scope before a build.
Who manages the system after launch?
The agreement defines account ownership, documentation, hosting, monitoring, support, and responsibilities. Ongoing support is scoped separately.
